The President, Jessica Graham, has a proven track record of managing large scale foreign assistance projects for law enforcement, advising on international security projects, grant proposals, and project assessments.

With over a decade of experience managing multi-million dollar capacity building and training programs in over 40 countries worldwide, we provide innovative approaches to strategic development and program management, creating solutions to save organizations money and time.

As a globally recognized thought leader and law enforcement expert, Jessica Graham serves on advisory boards and is part of the Expert Network, The Global Initiative against Transnational Organized Crime.

Working on long term challenges with immediate needs for short term impact, we know how to collaborate with partners, build trust, navigate through multi-stakeholder interests, and work in complex environments. We ensure projects are executed successfully and with real results.

About the President

Jessica Graham serves as the President of JG Global Advisory, LLC, a minority, women-owned small business in the Washington, DC area that provides integrated solutions responding to the challenges of environmental security. Through strategic policy and planning, business development, and project management, Jessica has supported hundreds of conservation NGOs around the globe to secure tens of millions of dollars in funding to protect biodiversity. She previously worked with INTERPOL’s Illicit Trade Sub-Directorate and also served as a Senior Advisor at the U.S. Department of State where she created the wildlife crime program for the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) and served as a negotiator working on crime, biodiversity and climate change issues in the United Nations. With over 15 years of dedicated experience working on international issues, she regularly lectures and implements global projects for both the non-profit and private sectors. Her leadership has been instrumental in developing environmental crime programs and facilitating partnerships aimed at counter wildlife trafficking projects. Her work has impacted long-standing policy and capacity-building efforts across continents, from Africa to Latin America and Asia, reflecting her deep commitment to enhancing global security and conservation.

She serves on the Board of several international and locally based organizations in Washington, DC that are dedicated to the environment and empowering youth and founded a non-profit organization aimed at protecting vulnerable communities from global insecurity. Jessica received her Master’s degree from the University of California, San Diego where she studied International Politics, Environmental Policy, and Chinese Studies and holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida.
Jessica has conducted research and published several pieces on wildlife crime, including co-authoring a chapter in Women and Wildlife Trafficking: Participants, Perpetrators, and Victims, reviewing the zero instances of corruption in all-female anti-poaching units across Africa in an academic textbook in March 2022.

Wajid Hussain

Wajid Hussain has made significant contributions to the technology and consulting sectors as a financial strategist. As the former CFO and Co-Founder of Greenzone Solutions, Wajid played a key role in establishing the company as a trusted provider of both financial and performance management solutions. With a track record of founding multiple successful startups, he is recognized for his innovation and expertise at the intersection of technology, finance, and business. Wajid’s leadership extends to his role on the Board of Directors at JG Global Fund, where his dedication to innovation and excellence continues to drive our philanthropic initiatives forward.

Teki Akuetteh, MBE

Teki Akuetteh, Director of Public Policy at Vale Group (formerly Vulcan LLC), brings a wealth of experience in foreign policy, government, and social affairs to the Board of Directors. With over 19 years of experience, Teki has held influential positions in government, including Senior Policy Advisor at the British Embassy, where they made significant strides in shaping UK policy on gender equality and human rights. Transitioning to Vale Group, Teki now focuses on data-driven strategies to address pressing environmental and humanitarian challenges worldwide. Their leadership in government relations and public policy has left an indelible mark on human rights and the objectives of JG Global Fund.

David M. Luna

David M. Luna, CEO of Luna Global Networks and former U.S. Diplomat, is a renowned strategic leader known for his solutions in advancing global security. With expertise garnered from operating in over 90 countries across 20 years, Mr. Luna has been a pivotal figure in advancing U.S. foreign policy across multiple administrations. Currently, he chairs multiple committees focused on countering illicit trade while fostering peace and security, further solidifying his standing as a formidable presence on the Board of Directors at JG Global Fund.
